One of the things that stood out the most was the leadership and how we were pushed out of our comfort zones but in such a way that I was and am so thankful for that, because without that push I wouldn’t have done stuff that afterwards helped me learn & grow so much. Also the team prayer every morning and sharing Acts every night was so so helpful to start and end the day in the best way.United Kingdom/South Africa

DTS is a five-month course that lays a good foundation for your relationship and life with God. The lecture phase is a unique and life-changing 12-week experience. Here, you get the opportunity to answer the most important questions of life as you go on a new journey with God. It is a time for you to grow in character, friendship and intimacy with Jesus Christ. The second phase of the course is an 8-week outreach where you will live out the knowledge gained in the lecture phase. This will be a chance to reach out to communities and make God known – training you to step out in faith and live a God-centered, Spirit-led life.
Completing a DTS is a requirement for all other University of the Nations and Media Village schools. But who would want to miss out on this life-changing experience anyway?
Discipleship Training School lecturers are concerned about students discovering themselves as they embark on a deeper relationship with God. Being real, finding God and discovering the authenticity of a faith that is relevant in a crazy (and sometimes confusing) world are all matters that Discipleship Training School students journey through.
